Quick answers
Common questions
A saved edit cannot find the original video
Open the cut and choose the relink option to select the original again. TightenAI stores working media on the iPhone, so removing the app or its data can remove that local copy. Installing an update over the existing app should preserve it.
Processing is taking too long
Keep the app open until the upload finishes, confirm the iPhone has a stable connection, and retry once. If processing fails, your reserved video credit should be returned. Do not repeatedly upload the same video while a job is still running.
The automatic edit removed too much
Open Removed footage to preview and restore any section. Every AI cut is only a proposed edit; the original is kept untouched on the iPhone.
Captions need a different look
Open Captions in the editor to change style, placement, size, and color. Tap a caption on the video to rewrite it directly, drag it to reposition, or use its corner control to resize it.
Restore a purchase
Sign in to the same TightenAI account you used for the purchase, then choose Restore Purchases. For account protection, a receipt may remain tied to the account that first used it.
Cancel a subscription
If you subscribed in the app, open iPhone Settings, tap your Apple Account, then Subscriptions, and select TightenAI. If you subscribed on tightenai.app, sign in to your TightenAI account and choose Manage subscription. Canceling stops renewal; access continues through the paid period shown by the billing provider.
Account and privacy
You stay in control.
Delete your account and TightenAI data from Settings in the app or from your account on tightenai.app. Deleting an account cancels an active website subscription immediately. It does not cancel an App Store subscription, which must be managed with Apple.
